The hotel is the heart of Leeds commercial and leisure areas and has 89 bedrooms with modern facilities. The £1 million refurbishment of our public areas and 40 bedrooms has just been completed (June 09)
All public areas and the Hotel exterior have been fully refurbished with an open plan restaurant-bar offering a range of dishes to suit all tastes and budgets.
Our new restaurant-bar offers a large choice of wines and champagnes, many by the glass, and a large selection of cocktails, including of course, ‘The Cosmopolitan’
We also have 3 conference rooms all with natural light and full air conditioning to accommodate from 10 to 120 delegates.
Hotel Services
Functions - The Cosmopolitan Hotel has a professional team to assist
in the organisation of a first class Wedding Reception or Private Dinner
for up to 100 guests and 150 for an evening wedding party.
Hotel Lounge - Located
adjacent to the hotel, Hakuna Matata is a contemporary Café Bar offering
the huge TV screens for all major sporting events, a relaxing atmosphere
with leather chairs and sofas and a late licence 7 davs a week. This
spacious bar is a local favourite and can be hired as a private venue
for corporate presentations, product launches, evening wedding parties
and private functions. Offering an excellent all day menu, choice of
coffees, wine list and fine Cuban cigars as well as a large selection
of bottled beers from around the world.
